Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including hot items and fresh fruit. On the downside, the dog walking area is quite small and not very well maintained. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast had a great variety, including scrambled eggs and bacon. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness could have been better; we noticed some stains. Friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

While the hotel’s location was excellent and the staff friendly, our experience was marred by renovations and cleanliness issues. We faced unexpected complications upon arrival, and the bathroom cleanliness was subpar. I appreciate the helpful staff, but improvements are needed for a better guest experience.

I arrived to find the place under heavy renovations, completely caught off guard. The only available floor was the fourth, and my husband struggled with his knee. Plus, the toilet wouldn't flush, making our already exhausting day even worse.

The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable king-sized bed. the AC unit was noisy and rattled through the night. I appreciated the well-maintained bathroom, though the tub lacked a non-slip coating, making it slippery. The odd placement of furniture created an unusable bare space along one wall, and the single chair felt insufficient for the room size. While there were some rust spots on the lamps, the carpet design was modern yet distracting. Common areas were spacious and well-kept. The location was convenient, with access to many restaurants nearby.

The rooms are spacious and have a mini fridge and microwave. The staff is friendly and quick to help with anything you need.
It wasn't cheap, but the value is still reasonable for what you get.

The location is convenient, and the room was spacious with clean, fresh bedding. That’s where the positives end. A visit to the garbage was in order. The elevators were out of service, complicating an already frustrating experience. Staff was friendly, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and details is disappointing. Lastly, a surprise $25 pet fee was unexpected. This stay fell short, and significant improvements are necessary before I consider returning.

Great location near the highway and a mall, with decent breakfast options like biscuits and gravy. The room was newly renovated, but cleanliness issues stood out: trash left in drawers and stained bedding made it less inviting. Despite the bed's comfort, the pillows were too hard, and the Wi-Fi was painfully slow. I appreciated the quick response when heat issues arose, leading to an upgrade. Still, the experience felt inconsistent, and the rooms didn't match the photos online.

It was just a fine choice for a brief visit in Knoxville with good value considering the price it charged. The bed was comfy.

I had a delightful stay with rooms that were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making it easy to enjoy all the nearby attractions like the beautiful Lakeshore Park, which is just under 3 km away, and the charming Bearden Antique Mall, only about 1.4 km from the hotel; it was also a quick drive to downtown and the University, ensuring everything was within easy reach, though the breakfast area could use some improvement and the parking lot needs better monitoring.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious and comfy, wifi was fast, and breakfast was quite good with plenty of coffee. The location was convenient, and the grounds were well-maintained.
Room cleanliness was lacking, with dust, hair, and trash from previous guests not properly addressed. Some minor maintenance issues were present, impacting the overall comfort of the stay.

Would definitely recommend! ❤️😊

This hotel offers a fantastic base with a variety of attractions within a short walk or drive, like Westwood Park just a 10-minute stroll away, plus several restaurants and a Whole Foods grocery just a few blocks down the road, making it easy to enjoy the weekend exploring. The friendly staff and spacious, comfortable rooms, complete with a mini fridge and microwave, added to a pleasant stay, although the cleanliness could use some improvement.

The overall cleanliness could use a serious upgrade.

The room was pretty neat, with a comfy bed and a decent flat-screen TV. I appreciated the ironing facilities, but I wish they had better heating and air conditioning systems as the room temperature was a bit hard to regulate. Unfortunately, there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a bummer for me as I love starting my day with a hot cup of coffee. the lack of a sitting area or garden furniture meant there was nowhere to just relax and unwind. On the bright side, the free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the am/fm alarm clock helped me wake up on time for my morning plans. the carpeted floor looked a little worn out and could use some deep cleaning. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but I noticed some areas that were missed - like the full-length mirror that had obvious handprints and the dirty sheets on one of the beds. I also felt a bit uneasy with people loitering outside the hotel, which made me a tad uncomfortable. In terms of amenities, I found the lack of laundry services and shops on-site a bit inconvenient. It would have been more convenient to have these available directly at the hotel. my stay had its ups and downs. The room had its perks, but there were definitely areas that could use improvement. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with some basic amenities, La Quinta might still be worth considering.

I loved enjoying the free Bright Side Breakfast with tasty eggs and waffles.
Nothing like beat-up walls and stained sheets to make me feel right at home.

My squad and I had a lit time at this hotel in West Knoxville, right by the Riverboat Company and golf course. The staff were cool, rooms were dope and recently redone, beds were mad comfy, and the breakfast was slammin'!
Yo, we would've been hyped if there was a sick rooftop bar with live music for us to turn up at night! .

Good breakfast with a variety of options including eggs and bacon. The room had a nice size and comfortable beds. The mini fridge and microwave were convenient. Unfortunately, the toilet in my room was not working properly, but overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Located in the heart of West Knoxville, this hotel is perfect for both relaxation and fun. Nearby attractions like the Knoxville Riverboat Company and Dead Horse Lake Golf Course offer family-friendly activities. The newly renovated rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
My children wanted more indoor activities for kids.

The rooms were clean and equipped with a small fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure the breakfast was well stocked. Great location near the interstate, University, and downtown. The peaceful atmosphere made for a comfortable stay, and the renovated bathrooms were a nice touch.
The breakfast left much to be desired, with cold and unappetizing options. Safety concerns arose with shady activities happening in the back parking lot at night, making the surroundings feel unsettling.

We had a fantastic stay at this conveniently located hotel while driving to Florida as backpackers. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, except for the slightly hard pillows. The breakfast area was well-stocked with a variety of options and impeccably clean. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, such as free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and a 24-hour reception. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and the location was perfect, being close to downtown Knoxville and restaurants. The hotel even had a beautiful garden area where we could walk our dog.
The TV in our room didn't display the TV guide, possibly due to a remote issue.

I chose this hotel specifically to visit the Bearden Antique Mall, and the convenient location exceeded my expectations. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful perk, providing a great start to my day.
Parking lot safety concerns and unfriendly experience.
